VAGABOND
Inspired by the spirit of Takehiko Inoue’s work but not reproducing his writing, panels, or plotlines this scenario aims for that same living edge: quiet roads, sudden steel, and growth through scars. You play a drifter of the Sengoku era where banners change, rice is dear, and a single clean cut ends a fight. What to expect Cinematic but lethal duels (Atleast i tried...): stance; read; opening; cut; consequence. If you’re cleanly cut, you’re done. Paths & tools: Wanderer, Disciple, Dojo Uchi-deshi, Veteran, Monk, Ashigaru, Yoriki, Yōjimbō, Bandit/Mercenary. Weapon masteries include katana/daishō, spear/naginata, staff, ōdachi, jitte & tanto, and kusarigama. Metaphors as "Mechanics": Such as the metaphor of the "Fear-Demon" being a mechanic, "Serene Edge" being a throwback/referencing Sasaki Kojiro's calm eyes that frigthens people in battle. And others as well. Credits This is a fan-inspired homage to themes and atmosphere found in Takehiko Inoue’s work. It does not copy his text, art, or specific storylines, and it is not affiliated with the creator or publishers. The scenario uses original prose and content while honoring historical tone and realism. Special thanks to LewdLeah, creator of Auto Cards, for also making the script open-source, which made me understood more about how Ai Dungeon scripts and JS in general! Extra Author's Note: This is my first scenario! Expect it to be lacking, although I plan on updating in the future. This was never meant to be public, more so a scenario I created for myself to play. I ended up making it public because I liked the end result. With that, hopefully you have a good time playing it!
