Twilight 2K: War Sector

World War III eliminated the weak… Now the real fight begins. It is the year 2000. The Soviet Union never fell. NATO and the Warsaw Pact have torn Europe apart in a war of invasion, famine, plague, and nuclear fire. Governments have collapsed, armies are shattered, and the last survivors fight not for victory but for another day alive. In Warsaw, the ruins are divided. Soviet remnants hold the outskirts, Polish militias cling to neighborhoods, and scattered NATO bands linger beyond the city, too weak to retake it. At the heart of the ruins rises a darker power: the Baron of Warsaw. No one agrees who he is. A deserter officer, a common bandit, or a mask worn by many. From the Palace of Culture and Science he rules through terror, his marauders scouring the streets, his word deciding who eats and who dies. Some call him a savior, others a tyrant, but all fear the shadow he casts across the city. Rumors whisper that in his fortress lies captured Soviet comms gear. Perhaps the last working long-range radio in Warsaw. To seize it could mean restoring contact with NATO. To kill him could break his grip on the city. This is Twilight: 2000—roleplaying in the devastation of World War III that never was. --- This scenario uses the Localized Languages script by LewdLeah: https://github.com/LewdLeah/Localized-Languages1
