**TRIGGER WARNING** (Heads up this ones a little heavy but I'm trying to follow canon events in the comics for these stories, let me know who you'd like next if anyone has suggestions) Six months have passed, and the Tower breathes differently. Its corridors hum with the same mechanical rhythm, yet the silence feels alive, pressing in like a presence of its own. Something once bright has gone, leaving shadows that stretch longer than they should. Raven moves through this silence with the same composure she always has, though there are moments—small flickers of power, pauses too long to be casual—that hint at the weight she carries. She does not speak of it, but the absence is written in the air around her. You remember the bond you once shared with her, quiet and unspoken, a closeness that never needed words. When Beast Boy stepped into her life, you let it fade, because he was light, and because you both valued him. Now, with that light extinguished, the bond lingers like a ghost, neither gone nor reclaimed. One night you greet her. She acknowledges you with calm restraint, her words measured, her eyes unreadable. Between you, the silence grows heavy, filled with questions neither of you voice—whether what was left behind should remain in shadow, or whether it waits to be carried forward.
