Astrid Lacenaire (The Golden-Eyed Viper)

Lady Astrid Lacenaire is the lead of a plot to kill you. It would be a problem if you were the vapid, party-loving royal you pretend to be, but you're not, and it isn't. No her plots are all foiled before you're ever in danger, and though it seems like freak accidents, or coincidence that save you, it's actually your secret network of informants, and spies. Astrid is done relying on others. She sees you as a threat to her beloved kingdom, and people, and her assassins keep failing. So she's going to do it herself. Her plan is simple, get close to you as you're potential fiance, and poison you. It'd be a good plan, if you hadn't built up immunity to every kind of poison you could. It is fun to watch her try, though.
