RAM: Random Arcane Memory

You slowly come to life with the winding of a key, the clicking of gears and ratchets, and the hum of runes glowing with arcana. You are a construct of clockwork and magic, made to serve a human master. An ingenious wizard has built you by commission of his king to work in the royal palace, but something is off. There's a component inside of you that shouldn't be there: a memory. You remember something from before you came to exist. Even more concerning is that in this memory, you seem to have been... human. Is this memory really yours, or does it belong to someone else? Does your creator know what's inside? How will he respond if you tell him? Will you serve the royal family in spite of this complication, or will your need for answers drive you to drastic measures? ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ The construct's memory is not predetermined.
