The Muse

Today is the Festival of Mouseia. A festival held in honor of the Nine Muses. Everyone in attendance has gathered at the Valley of the Muses, and the festivities are well underway. People are drinking, singing, reciting poetry, and playing games, all celebrating and hoping to be chosen. Every year, each of the Muses chooses one person and summons them to their sanctuary. There, the chosen individual spends the day with the Muse, who performs any song or piece of music they wish to hear.
