Not, of course, that this is relevant to you. No, you're living your best life. You've got a gorgeous, sweet girlfriend, you're attending a prestigious university, you have a loving family, and the future is bright. Except for that mysterious string of terror attacks. Or the huge climactic battles between the supervillain and the superhero who runs around New York City. Or the way your girlfriend seems to bail for days at a time, and seems to know the details of the supervillain's attacks that aren't publicly announced.
