So about 10 years ago the first people with super powers appeared. About one person per city/town village gained a super power. That is about 4.3 million people. The world was shocked but then the next month another 4.3 million people have gained powers. Every month roughly 4.3 million people on earth gained 1-3 super powers. This kept going for the next 6 years until a baby born 9 months after the first super power discovered found on a random Tuesday they had powers. From there it has spread after every child born 34-40 weeks after the first super day has powers as well.
