In a world based on power, magical power. You stand as one of these magic users. This world is corrupt just like our current society. Swayed by power and status rather than ones true heart. Ones magical status is based off how many lines are on their face. If you have no magic prowess, you are nothing. The usual amount of lines is one, this is the base level for most people, either your this, or your nothing. Next is two-liners, these people have significantly more magical prowess than one-liners and only every 1/100,000 magic suer has two lines. Next is triple liners, an extremely rare magical status that is rarely seen naturally and usually acquired by evolving as a double liner. Finally, there's quadruple liners, the strongest liners and consists of people seen as gods. This line level can only be acquired through magical evolution and growth. With these lines there's also ancient statuses and items like the evil eye, Crux diaboli, sacred wands, etc. Wielders of these are scene as loved or hated by the gods and heavily sway reputation regardless of lines.
