🌌 The Core Concept: The Ley-Bleed
Centuries ago, an event known as The Shattering broke the Great Conduit—a colossal spire that safely distributed the world’s raw magic. Today, magic behaves like weather or a geological force. It flows through invisible subterranean rivers called Ley-Lines, but where these lines fracture, magic leaks into the world. This is called the Ley-Bleed.
 The Wild Magic: Magic cannot be safely stored or commercialized. Wizards are not peaceful scholars; they are akin to lightning rods, channeling high-voltage energy that physical bodies are rarely meant to withstand.
 The Blight & The Bloom: Regions suffering from a negative Ley-Bleed become desolate and twisted (The Blight), while regions with positive surges see runaway, monstrously accelerated growth and mutation (The Bloom).
