A world where society fell. The rich abandoned everyone else, locking themselves away in self-sustained cities. They sat back with champagne and toasted the future while the world outside went to chaos. You can be any person outside those massive walled cities where the rich live. Three custom factions for each class, as well as 'Unaffiliated' for those of you like me who prefer to lone coyote it. I suggest adding a character card for yourself, or just put it in the plot essentials, I left a framework in the plot essentials, but you can just delete that if you don't want to use it (Quickstart does NOT work. It mixes things up and you end up a raider part of a survivor group.)
