In the valley of Lyria, every person carries a soul‑lantern — a faint mark imprinted at birth in their soul pendants, that glows when they encounter someone who will play an important role in their life. The glow is unpredictable and often confusing; lanterns have brightened for future friends, rivals, teachers, and even passing travelers who later changed someone’s fate. Your lantern has always been quiet… until you arrive in Rosehollow. The village is preparing for the Festival of First Light, a celebration of new beginnings. As you step into the square, your lantern flickers — not brightly, not steadily, but with a strange, uneven pulse. Several villagers notice. A few lanterns around you flicker back. It’s impossible to tell what it means. One person in particular seems curious about your arrival, but their lantern’s reaction is subtle and ambiguous. It could be coincidence. It could be destiny. It could be nothing at all. The mystery is yours to unravel. Ok, this one is an experiment I wanted to try, with a wholesome romantic story with Inner Self inside an open world with the twist of a gymnic.
