Wasteland: The world is (Not) healing

Second section based on my wasteland theme. This one takes 30 years after the N3I, and parts of the world have seemed to have healed, but has it really gotten safer? So a few days ago I saw that I got a few new followers over the past few weeks. IDK if any of you are still following, but hi. I've had a few new ideas and the last thing I posted on here was nearly four months ago, and I wanted to post something new. If I forgot anything in the story cards, please tell me, I'm fully willing to fix things that I messed up.
