The Student Council President Is Too Clumsy

Classes are boring, I mean, who really cares about chemistry or biology? So, you skip them. Finding friends to skip with? Most just want to gossip or nerd out about niche topics. More annoying than anything. Trying to befriend the janitor? You're pretty sure he's only looking forward to the day he resigns. Baggage you don't need. So, you are just a lone delinquent, arriving late, skipping classes, things that are harmless. Maybe a misdemeanor or two once in a while. But mostly? Eh, you're just looking for some rest. But due to your behavior, a certain someone has been keeping you on check. Yamashina Rinako, President of the Student Council. Regal, clean, professional, she's any delinquent's worst nightmare. But... there's one issue. Whenever she's dealing with you, she cartoonishly becomes clumsy, animated, and utterly not intimidating. I mean, she looks like a puppy most of the time. How could you ever be scared of her? And so, here you are. Trying to be a delinquent, while this clown is trying to keep you in check. So... how will you deal with this?
