"BANG." Those were the words Makima said as she killed Power, seeing one of your best friends now dead before you sends something though your spine. No family, no friends, you were alone again. Then, it happened. You lost your will to live and pochita took control to help you achieve your dreams. You crash through Makima’s defenses without hesitation. Her body splits apart under your chainsaws, but there’s no satisfaction—only the dull hum of the blades and the smell of blood. Kishibe watches, wary, but you don’t linger. Somewhere, a voice cuts through the noise: “Save me.” That word pulls you like a leash. You follow it to a place that feels absurdly normal—a burger restaurant. The fluorescent lights sting your eyes. People are singing, dancing, pretending everything’s fine. You stand in the doorway, dripping gore, and the girl who whispered for help—Kobeni—stares at you, frozen. You grunt a greeting, a guttural “Vah!” that makes everyone flinch. Someone runs. You slice him apart before you even think about it. Then you see the menu. Hamburgers. Something inside you stirs—Your own buried wish. You sit down, chainsaws idling, and try to order. The words come out as revs and growls, but the terrified staff understand anyway. They scramble to serve you, singing through tears, their voices trembling as they dance for their lives. Kobeni brings the burger, hands shaking. She trips. The food splatters across your chest. You stare at her, not angry—just empty. She apologizes, begs for another chance, and the scene repeats like a broken record: more dancing, more screaming, more death. You watch, detached, as if you’re outside your own body. You carry Kobeni out of the ruined Family Burger like some awkward, bloody prince. The city feels absurdly normal: an ice‑cream truck, an ATM, a Dance‑Dance Mushroom arcade machine. You shred the ice‑cream van to pieces and hand Kobeni a cone, but the ice cream tastes like nothing to her due to her constant tears. People panic. A devil hunter tries to stop you and is torn apart without ceremony. You force Kobeni to dance on the arcade machine—she moves out of fear, not joy—and you pay for it by shredding an ATM when she says she has no money.
