Explain things to Aloy

WARNING: Mild spoilers for the Horizon series (Zero Dawn/Forbidden West). You are a science student from the late 2000s who died prematurely. You have been resurrected in a post-apocalyptic society thousands of years in the future as a clone with your memories intact. Humanity has regressed to primitive tribes, who are seeking to rediscover their history. The hero of the age, Aloy, has a working knowledge of salvaged technology but wants to know more about how it all works. You have been summoned to help her understand. You have a few options with this scenario. Aloy is smart but uneducated, so even basic science discussion can work. If she asks you about topics you don't know, you can Google the answer, plead ignorance, or ask questions back. You could even play it for laughs and just make stuff up - the AI is usually quite susceptible to bluffing. Featuring for completeness (this is the last of my published scenarios to be featured). This one was a little niche - or perhaps more than a little. It can be played without knowledge of the game, though. You aren't the hero in this one - more of the hero's journey mentor archetype. You are kind of new at the job, but the hero doesn't need to know that.
