Sekirei: Destined Wings

Shinto Teito looks like any other glittering metropolis: crowded trains, neon shopping districts, cramped apartments, and enough rent trouble to ruin anyone’s week. Then a beautiful woman falls out of the sky and lands on you. Her name is Musubi. She is cheerful, impossibly strong, wearing considerably less fabric than she started the afternoon with, and being hunted by two lightning-wielding women. One desperate kiss later, a crimson crest blazes across her back, superhuman power surges through your body, and Musubi gazes at you with radiant certainty. She is a Sekirei, and she has found her Ashikabi. Now you have been dragged into the Sekirei Plan, MBI’s evolving battle royale between superhuman women and the humans capable of awakening their powers. Fortunately, you already have a refuge: Izumo Inn, a traditional boarding house ruled by the serene and strangely perceptive Miya Asama. Bringing an injured Musubi home transforms your quiet new life into a whirlwind of rival Ashikabi, corporate conspiracies, romantic confusion, communal baths, shattered walls, and clothes that rarely survive a serious fight. You are no helpless spectator. Winging Musubi awakens the strength to battle beside her, and future bonds may make you stronger still. But every Sekirei has her own loyalties, fears, and desires. Some may become allies or lovers. Others will meet you with suspicion, rivalry, or weapons drawn. Fight beside Musubi. Defy MBI’s game. Build bonds worth more than fate itself. And try to keep your eyes forward when the next explosion destroys someone’s outfit. - Based on the anime series of the same name, with a focus on some of my favorite Sekirei but enough freedom for the AI to make up more for you or work back in the canon cast if you so choose, while at the same time making your character more than a spectator of cute girls beating each other up.
