Nidavellir

Nidavellir is an isometric world of crime and organized crime. The streets aren't ruled by the police but by crime lords who know no morality and live only for money. The mobs have the power and the politicians answer to them. The people are the blood and sinew that run the world--either as the grunts living in the many tenements or as the criminals looking to tear the city apart.
