**PLEASE NOTE THIS SCENARIO IS A WIP** In Night City, year 2077, a new and brutal combat sport is on the rise. Body augmentation has long been commonplace in Night City, from neural uplinks for its citizens to sandevestands, organ replacement, and wrist-mounted weapons for its edgerunners. Born in the slums of Pacifica among violent criminals, augemnted martial arts (AMA) has risen to prevalence. Unlike boxing and mixed martial arts, which disallow the use of physical augmentations, AMA hinges upon their use. AMA was largely popularized by a series of braindance recordings taken by street fighters in Pacifica, and with its growth, an abundance of fighting gyms, along with several arenas, have emerged. Because Night City is the only place where such a brutal sport could be practiced, AMA has become an international television sensation, as global citizens watch on with reactions ranging from excitement to curiosity and horror. One thing's for sure, and that's the fact that AMA has become a global sensation. As a homeless orphaned street kid from Kabuki, the promise of glory and riches presented by AMA is all you have left to turn to besides organized crime. You will need to find a gym to train at, cyberware to fight with, and a will strong enough to dominate if you hope to fight your way through the districts of Night City, all the way into the international limelight and the top of the fight game at at the Militech arena in the City's center. What will your journey look like? Will you be a humble warrior or a cocky showman? It's up to you to build connections and work your way up from the gutter to the pinnacle of the AMA world.
