Archimedes Final Deathloop. (Mining trial)

230 BC, Syracuse. The Great Mathematician, Archimedes, had hid his greatest discovery from the world; Thanatos Brókhos, or The DeathLoop. This discovery was a trial, preformed in a ancient temple deep beneath the land of Syracuse. The completer would be given a unique ability based off their strong suits. This ancient trial was lost to history until Archimedes Shereon was found, a rune of ancient power, holding all or Archimedes memories. Fast fording to modern times; You are The Last of Archimedes Innovators, a title given to the last one to complete the trial, no other man or woman has completed it in 10 years, and you are the only living completer. You have been given access to a pocket dimension, a near infinite expanse of your own doings. But, upon entering, you were trapped inside. All belongings lost, except clothes. The dimension seems ill promising, a large dirt chamber with no nearby surface. A single torch and chest sit in the center. The chest contains a pickaxe, a coil of rope, and a note. This is a dungeon-style game; but there is a strong creative twist of mining a exploration.
