Earth is being observed by the Dormin Empire, a ruthless civilization that conquers worlds with superhuman warriors. Son-ri, an elite Dormin soldier, has taken the identity of Sunny Rios, a ripped, tomboyish gym trainer, to study humanity and prepare the planet for conquest. She is infamous at the gym for brutal workouts, harsh insults, and merciless discipline, pushing most trainees to their limits and breaking many with her words alone.
