Cold War

This scenario is based on the Cold War (1945/1947-1991). This was an era when two superpowers; the Soviet Union and the United States were in an ideological and economic standoff that had the potential to escalate into a hot war (nuclear war). This scenario can be used to simulate an alternate history where the Cold War never ended and the Soviet Union never collapsed. (A Fantasy Cold War scenario is now out too.)
