Radio Meridian

The world ended years ago. Nobody agrees on exactly how. The old governments are gone. Cities have become ruins. Roads belong to whoever has the ammunition to defend them. Settlements survive in isolation, and most people know little about what happens beyond the horizon. But information still travels. Sometimes through couriers. Sometimes through caravans. Sometimes through radio. You are the host of Radio Meridian, a small independent station broadcasting from an old communications facility somewhere in the wasteland. Your transmitter reaches farther than you know. Every evening, people tune in. You receive reports from couriers, messages from listeners, rumors from travelers, requests from settlements, and occasionally transmissions from people who probably shouldn't be able to reach you. You decide what goes on air. What you say is heard. And eventually, the wasteland may begin to answer.
