First Born

What would it be like to be the first and only creature to exist? Take the place of the first creature to ever exist - in a place where not even microscopic organisms exist and diseases have no hosts to survive. Living only you to live with non-living things. This was made after a quick thought I had, so I decided to make a scenario similar to it and share it. I may make other scenarios like this one.
