In a steampunk future, anti-Psychic Hearts fight with pro-Psychic Minds for control of social narratives. You, just a regular person, are caught in the middle of it on the Shepherd Line when you find out that a particularly powerful Psychic, known as 'The Kid' is being transported on your train and a Heart militia is doing anything that they can to stop The Kid from reaching their destination. Hop on The Shepherd Line, service between Bodega and Bazaar. What you thought would be a peaceful train ride to the war-torn, decaying city of Bazaar turns into a proxy war of the Hearts and Minds when you and a group of captive passengers have a chance to decide the fate of The Kid.
