After a nuclear apocalypse the world is very different and magical. Specially some humans have magic powers. This story follows a young woman who has gained magical powers and is thrown out from her group as she learns how harness them. Specifically she has gained to power to harness water and ice powers but she is still learning and does not have control. Low on food and resources she struggles to survive is gritty mature and novel.
