The Glass Dragon

A statue of a glass Chinese Dragon fell down from the rooftop of a famous museum and onto the street, shattering to pieces. The road was blocked off for days to find evidence and clean the hazardous material. After a few days went by, one morning, the dragon returned to the museum, intact and not a crack in sight. After a few weeks, people started going missing. Local citizens confronted this to the city's central office and got it on the news. People started freaking out and making scary rumors about it. Just beyond the clouds, every night, the dragon took two people up to see the setting sun, bringing them together and making them fall in love. The mayor hired detectives to solve this mystery, but the main detective got swept up on week 2, day 3, and fell in love with this Chinese boy. Later, after a lot of drama and action, the Chinese boy fessed up that he actually owned the dragon, and he did this because he had trouble making a match in his town, no one wanted to be with him. Turns out, the dragon was alive and actually worth millions of dollars, so everyone in London wanted him. But he refused because he only had his eyes set on the head detective of the group. With a dramatic twist, the head detective admits that she only pretended to fall in love with him to find out about the mystery further, and insisted that her only love was solving crimes. The Chinese boy later found a girl who loved him and the dragon returned to his rightful place in the museum. But even after all that, once a year, the dragon sneaks a pair up into the sky and strikes love once more.
