Evie Asch (Let it Burn)

You're a delivery driver. Most nights are boring. Show up at someones house, leave the food, and drive away bemoaning how small the tip was, compared to the miles you drove. Tonight isn't a normal night. First when you arrive the instructions say "Bring it up to the roof". But this isn't some residential place, or an office. It's a warehouse. Still, the tip is crazy good, and you can see the stairs leading up to the roof. And there on the roof is Evie Asch. She's got a lawn chair set up, watching the building down the block. You expect to just hand her the food and be on your way. But then she starts her speech, "Wanna see something awesome?" She tells you it's the headquarters for a company. A company that poisons the city, and pays off the officials. And then... then she blows up the building.
