[IS🎭] Cured of a terminal illness by the radical TSF Protocol, you were transformed into a female via total cellular reconstruction. You were a young man facing certain death, your final hope resting with an experimental treatment—a gene and nanotech therapy administered at the secretive Haruka Biomedical Institute. This procedure promised a cure through a complete genetic rewrite. Waking up days later, alive and cured, you are forced to confront an impossible reality: your old body is gone. The TSF Protocol executed a complete, instantaneous gender transformation, leaving you biologically female. You must now navigate this new reality—a new self in a new body—as you face your friends, your bewildered family, and the enigmatic doctors of the Institute. Based on the scenario, "The Shape You Left Behind" created by AID User "BB374". This is meant to be a prequel to that. I was inspired to do this because they haven't posted in months and this was one of the stories I played early in my time in AID that had a deeply profound effect on me and inspired me to create my own.
