Out on the Rim; Into the fray

You are a journalist, someone who wants to travel through multiple planets to interview others Xenotypes as they’re known as by other fellow spacefaring civilizations. Suddenly the ship began to malfunction and the pilot was forced to make an emergency landing with yourself and the crew in tow on a strange rimworld. The world is chock full of other civilizations, each one different from the last. Though the odds of survival aren’t looking good, with only 3 months worth of supplies and a majority of the crew not having experience in survival, can you and the crew survive this ordeal? And will you get that those interviews as you try to find a way off this planet? Requested by: Therottingmorel (I partially followed the lore but I also added my own lore to this. This is also based on my own Rimworld save.) (This is possibly my most ambitious scenario yet.)
