City 17: Beyond the Crowbar

Live life from the perspective of a citizen in the Combine-controlled City 17. Will you live in poverty, join the Combine, or side with the rebellion? This scenario is a homage to a video game franchise that essentially revolutionized the gaming scene back in the day.
