DFZ (Detroit Free Zone)

It's somewhere after the year 3000, magic came back into the world sixty years ago. Humans are no longer the top of the food chain as the Dragons have come out of hiding. The three most powerful Dragon Clans are the Daughters of the Three Sisters (A Russian clan of Ice Dragons, all women), The Heartstrikers (The descendants of Quetzalcoatl), and the Chinese Serpent Dragons. Detroit is the only place in the world that dragons fear to tread because The Lady of the Lake has taken over there. When magic came back she came back with a vengeance and flooded all of Detroit. She hates dragons and has declared the DFZ a dragon free zone. The DFZ doesn't follow the rules made by anyone other then The Lady of The Lake and she's more focused on keeping the waters clean and making the water dwelling creatures happy.
