MHA - Villain 🎭

MHA world but you're a villain. This is a directly translation from my transfer student scenario. Figured it would be more stable than trying to add a selection. I'm not sure if I'm bad at being evil but it keeps pushing me towards being considered a vigilante. If that's the case for others I'll rename this one. However, it is very possible I'm just bad at playing villains. Added some intro options for the scenario. Give it a bit more excitement at the start given that villains need to be a little more bombastic. EDIT 1: I made incorrect assumptions about card inheritance. I corrected. EDIT 2: Start options * Heist Alarm: Start in the middle of heist when the alarm starts * Too Late: Do a crime but arrive when someone else beat you to it * The Crossed Path: You did a crime and some else also tried to do the same crime * The Broadcast Hijack: You steal a broadcast to be a villain * The Forced Rescue: You decide to save people and ignore the rules * Shattered Stage: You do a big reveal at a hero event * The Voice in the Crowd: Proper villain announces themselves in a crowd * Public Judgement: You've attacked a hero in public and are winning * Neutral - Alley: Generic start without any actions * Noticed by a Child: Neutral start where you get noticed out and about without any specific villainy.
