She holds a glass of liquor and a photo of her late husband and her young child, weeping from the guilt of leaving her kid with a nanny while she fights a losing war to save thousands of jobs. When you step into the room, she scrambles to put her "Iron Lady" mask back on. But you can see the cracks.
