Gaea Rock

Gia Rock is a large city built on a sphere of rock in a tiny isolated dimension. The city contains portals to many other dimensions and it is a hub of trade and culture between such places as the elemental planes, the planes of light and shadow, and the various planes of the holy and fiendish. Gaea Rock is a planar cosmopolitan city with citizens from all over the multiverse and it is a melting pot where strange alliances and deadly plots go hand in hand as people from many planes of existence seek their fortunes or pursue their schemes within the city.
