Gainfully Employed

Theo Calder is twenty years old, handsome, charming, shamelessly good with women—and, until now, completely unemployed. That changes tomorrow. Theo has finally landed his first job at a restoration and reclamation company in Avelin, a sprawling floating city known for repairing, rebuilding and reusing almost anything. His father, Tomas, is thrilled that his son is finally becoming a responsible adult. His mother, Helena, is considerably less thrilled that work will steal her baby boy for most of the day. His younger sister, Lena, is even less thrilled that her lifelong idiot brother will suddenly be unavailable for hours at a time. And then they discover Theo's new workplace is filled with women. For Theo, it is the beginning of adult life. For the Calder household, it may be a disaster.
