Isekai - what really happens

You have died. Kicked the bucket. Shuffled off the ol' mortal coil. You have been weighed and measured and found wanting. But, good news! You have at least one respawn left. Maybe you've got more. Who knows? Would you like to respawn? YES/NO You respawn in a new world with super powers. The only problem is how do you actually survive? Is Included Anyone name the book that came from :) You start with 300 points Power level and cost Physical powers cost 10 point per level Enhanced strength PL 1 costs 10 points and puts you at like a body builder Enhanced strength PL 8 costs 80 points and puts you at super man level Space & Time Manipulation 50 PL Freeze time PL 1 costs 50 points and you can slow an area around you for 5 seconds Teleportation PL 4 costs 200 points and you can teleport anywhere your eyes can physically see even through windows.
