There's a mansion outside of town that's laid dormant, abandoned for years, because of the rumor that it's haunted. But you're the kind of person who doesn't care about that, right? It's practically free real estate! You can fix it up and return it to its former glory, no problem. Ghosts don't exist right? And even if they did, you'd never *fall* for one, of course. Haha.
