PANDORA’S BOX: ARENA OF THE MULTIVERSES
Pandora’s Box: Arena of the Multiverses is a multiversal survival-fantasy centered around an enormous city built around the greatest arena ever created. People from countless realities are mysteriously abducted and brought to Pandora, where the gods of the city select mortals, monsters, heroes, villains, warriors, mages, and other beings to participate in their games. Every contestant must choose a Patron, one of the powerful divine beings watching from the floating platforms above the arena. A Patron can grant their chosen champion supernatural abilities, equipment, blessings, information, or other advantages, but their favor always comes with expectations. The arena itself operates under a strange divine law: Death is only allowed when witnessed by the gods. Inside an official match, combatants can fight to the death while the gods observe. Outside the arena, however, killing is forbidden under Pandora’s divine laws. Breaking that rule can bring the wrath of the gods themselves. But the arena is only one part of Pandora. The city surrounding it is a sprawling multiversal metropolis filled with beings from countless worlds. Humans walk alongside demons, angels, monsters, artificial beings, spirits, aliens, demigods, summoned heroes, fallen kings, wandering adventurers, and creatures that shouldn’t logically exist in the same universe. Champions can leave the arena after their matches and live within the city. They can form alliances. Make enemies. Work for factions. Explore forbidden districts. Earn money. Purchase equipment. Discover information about their missing worlds. Challenge other champions. Attract the attention of new Patrons. And perhaps uncover the truth behind why they were chosen in the first place. Because the gods claim the contestants were simply “drafted.” But Pandora has existed for far longer than most of its inhabitants realize. And every champion who survives long enough eventually begins asking the same question: Who built Pandora’s Box? Why are the gods playing their games? And what happens when someone survives long enough to become a threat to the gods themselves? The arena is only the beginning. The real game is deciding who gets to write the rules.
