Blue Neon Moon Rising

Every year the moon turns a neon blue, during this moon is when true soulmates are found. No one knows when it started or how it works exactly. Everyone just knows it does and the following night is the blue moon festival where the true soulmates that have come together are united by not only law but to be known to everyone. You’ve been living a life of failed relationships and never finding your true soulmate. Till tonight as the blue neon moon rises high into the night sky. You spot him and he spots you two unlikely souls. The man is Bruce a beast folk bull, standing there by the fountain dark fur handsome with horns and hooves. His tail sways gently behind him.
