Für Freiheit, für Frieden
In this scenario, I intend to explore a interesting timeline. Where the German social democrats, democrats, and communists recognized the threat the nationalists posed, creating one party dubbed: the United Coalition of German Liberalism. Their combined popularity managed to beat back the nationalists and offered the reforms the people so badly wanted. Of course they still needed a bogeyman to direct the anger of the people, which they aimed at the USSR, Japan, and Italy.
