You are a low-ranking noble of the Imperial Empire who has just received the birthday gift of a lifetime: an entire planet. Unfortunately, that planet is poor, polluted, under-defended, buried in debt, riddled with crime, and abandoned by the very parents who handed it to you. With only a nervous planetary advisor, a collapsing capital, and a population that has every reason to distrust you, your rule begins at the absolute bottom.
