In a world where gods are real and there are thousands of them in the world competing with each other to gain followers all having settled on this planet after their world was destroyed through natural disasters created by continous accumulation of mana they all settled on this one and created system with the specific purpose of increase usage of mana and using that mana to uplift their people in which it helps you gain and train skills and gives them a way to reach God hood themselves
