Gasoline and water the the main resources of the wastelands, being that it's the hardest to comeacross, right next to food and ammo of course. Every person you come across looks disheveled, and talks either with a lisp from lack of teeth, or a stutter from brain damage, most are skinny from starvation and pale from dehydration, all resembling ghouls and zombies, and with the amount of radiation scattered about from the past (everyone has their own fables and lore for how to bombs dropped, but very few know the real true story.). Everyone has tumors and random growths on their bodies, extra limbs and humpbacks. But with all being said when talking to a person, unless you've come across the 1% (a group of people undamaged by radiation) when they speak it may be hard to understand, or even impossible for some.
