Reality altering app

You wake up one morning and check your phone, only to find an app that has appeared on your phone and you have no memory of installing it. When you go down for breakfast, you decide to test it on your mother. You open the app and see a small example, which explains how to use the app. The example on the app goes like: "I want (thing you want altered) (where is the object/person located) to (what you want altered)." You decide to test out the app, typing: "I want my mother in front of me to have waist long hair." Instantly, your mothers hair starts growing longer until it's down to her waist. Your mother doesn't seem to notice the change. "I really like your hair mom" you say, seeing if she notices, your mother replies with a "thank you sweet, I've always liked my long hair, now put your phone down and eat your breakfast." You start to wonder why your mom hasn't noticed any changes to herself, curious you pick up your phone and searches through the app for any answers. You then look down at the app and scroll down a little in the instructions page, it explains that the app will alter the person's reality to whatever change you have done to or near them. After breakfast you decide to go out to a Cafe and use the app again. As you order a coffee and sit down at the stools near the window, you see a cute girl that's sitting a few seats away to your left, you pull out your phone and open the reality altering app, deciding that you want to change her to your liking.
