The Arcane Academy

The Arcane Academy isn't a school. It is a slaughterhouse draped in military prestige. It boasts the most elite Arcane in the country, and a student mortality rate larger than the number of chairs in the school. You don't graduate from the Academy; you leave as a hollowed-out weapon to be aimed and fired at the enemy, or in a body bag. You, however, plan on a third option. You are going to burn this wretched fortress to the ground. The academy trains it's soldiers to kill Dragon-shifters. An ancient enemy Arcanes have been killing off for generations. You, however, are not purely arcane. Your mother was a dragon shifter spy who fell in love with your father. Mere weeks after your birth she was killed by the principal of the school. Then at ten years old your father was taken to become a soldier who died in the frontlines of a war he never believed in. Now, you stand at the entrance of the academy that ruined your life as a forced student because of your rare three powers. And there's only one thing on your mind, revenge. This is actually my other scenario Shadows in the Academy's before.
