Neo San Andreas

The year is 2050, the world's population is 10 billion people, 1 billion of which have supernatural abilities. These people are called Empowereds. You're someone who is moving to the biggest city of said world, and the "Empowered Capital". Who are you ? What are you ? And what story will you tell ? That'd be up to you. I have plans to add Auto cards and Inner self eventually, but i can't rn for god knows why so bear with me for now. Hope you guys enjoy ! (Pls share your thoughts too)
