Salt and Burn

You have always wanted to be a Salt Burner! It's a highly respected position in your culture which has the belief that after death, a soul is unable to rest until salted and burned. But what if a body is in a hard-to-reach area? Or even in another country? That's where Salt-Burners come in! It's like part-detective, part-adventurer, part-athlete, and part religious official. It's highly demanding, physically and mentally. But, it comes with a big salary that attracts thousands across the country to join and try out. You had to write a written essay and submit an undoctored photo, video, or evidence that you had completed a physical activity to show off indominable strength. You decided that if you want to see if you can be a Salt-Burner, you needed to fulfill your dream. You became the 5th woman to pass the Barkley Marathon in 2100. Today is the day of introductions.
