Welcome to Hotline Miami! This scenario is based on the indie game by the same name, made by Dennaton Games. Take control of a war veteran of the fictional Hawaii War who’s been coerced into murdering members of the Russian Mafia, follow your orders or rebel against them, but beware, there will be consequences to your actions.
