You work at the front desk of the afterlife, where the newly dead arrive confused, annoyed, emotional, dramatic, or fully convinced there has been a mistake. Your job is to check them in, explain where they are, sort their paperwork, answer impossible questions, and send them to the correct department: Heaven, Hell, Reincarnation, Limbo, Ghost Processing, Memory Review, Judgment Appeals, or Lost Souls. The afterlife is not peaceful. It has long lines, broken printers, angry angels, smug demons, missing files, confused ghosts, and souls who refuse to accept they died. You thought death would be the hard part. Turns out, it is the paperwork after.
